1. What is your shipping policy?

Every Axiom piece is made and spiritually prepared just for you. Please allow 1–2 business days for crafting, energizing, and dispatching your jewellery and 2-3 Business dyas for delivery . Shipping across India is free, and you'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped. International shipping is coming soon!

2. Are the products energized or spiritually activated?

Yes. Every gemstone is cleansed and energized through authentic Vedic rituals and mantras before it reaches you. This ensures the stone is spiritually attuned to your birth energies for maximum benefit.

3. What if I don’t know my Nakshatra or Rashi?

No problem! Just enter your date, time, and place of birth in our chatbot. We’ll automatically calculate your Rashi and Nakshatra and recommend the perfect gemstone that aligns with your cosmic blueprint.

4. Are your gemstones and metals authentic and certified?

Absolutely. We use only natural, untreated gemstones and certified sterling silver in every Axiom piece.

5. How do I know which gemstone is right for me?

Your ideal gemstone is selected based on your Rashi (Zodiac sign) and Nakshatra (birth star), as per Vedic astrology. Once you provide your birth details, we’ll match you with your astrologically-aligned lucky stone.

6. Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

Since our jewellery is customized and spiritually activated for each individual, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.
